UCP offers unique, comprehensive programs to more than 1,600 children and adults with disabilities each year. We support individuals and families in southern Wisconsin and beyond through:
Birth to 3 Connections, offering early intervention and therapy during the building block birth to three years.
Youth Resources, training child care workers to support children with varying abilities and provides after-school and summer teen services.
Respite Care, providing vital relief to caregivers to enable families to remain healthy and thrive.
Community Outreach, offering advocacy, resources, referrals, presentations and community workshops.
Adult Support Services, assisting adults with disabilities in leading independent and productive lives as fully participating members of the community.
Assessment and Planning, providing critical support to adults with disabilities who are experiencing a crisis or who lack connections to services in their community.
